Lubbock's Children Literature and Film Festival

LINEUP
10 am to 12 pm: PBS KIDS at Alamo Drafthouse
$1, $3, or $5 donation going to local PBS station
The first 50 families will be given a free book from
the Oridinary People Change the World Series
by Brad Meltzer and Christopher Eliopoulos!
LINE UP
Bruce Foster, Paper Engineer and Graphic Designer of Harry Potter: A Pop-Up Book and Puff the Magic Dragon: A Pop-Up Book, among other titles
Bring your favorite Bruce Foster Pop-up books or buy one at the Fest! Bruce Foster will sign books after the reading and workshop!

During the workshop, younger children will enjoy a special "bucket of books" reading hour, hosted by the Lubbock Public Library.

This festival, sponsored by the Texas Tech University English Department and co-sponsored by LHUCA, Landmark Arts, and PBS-Texas Tech Public Media, aims to bring in families from Lubbock and across the South Plains to celebrate children’s literature and film and raise awareness about reading and viewing as a family-centered event.
